I know this is the classic Macs-don’t-get-viruses-because-no-one-uses-a-mac argument, but it doesn’t make it any less true!
P.S. - this site runs on BSD.

Eh, I never believed the security-through-obscurity thing. If Apple has say 8% of the marketshare of PCs, shouldn’t it have 8% of the # of viruses? Instead of zero viruses?

Of course, nobody is willing to admin it’s running on a BSD core… now that would have nothing to do with not having any viruses.

What’s slightly ironic about this is that Mac OS X is based on the BSD kernel. FYI.
